1. What kind of mold do you make? Plastic injection mould, die casting mold or something else?
Our products are mostly plastic injection moulds. Sometimes we also make die-casting molds according to our customer’s request, but the percentage is small, only about 5 percent.
2. What types of plastic injection molds are you skilled at ?
1). Unscrewing molds ; insert molds ; over molds ;
2). Molds for configuration parts ; molds for multifarious crusts ;
3). Molds for home appliances, consumer electronics and automobile parts.
3. How many shifts do you operate every day?
For CNC, EDM and Polishing Departments, two shifts; Mold Shop depends on the emergency; the others are one shift.
4. Do you have any oversea office ?
No, at present, we have not.
5.What types of CAD systems do you use?
Auto-CAD; Pro-e; Solid-works; Master-cam; UG, etc.
6.What kinds of format can you accept?
2D (DXF , DWG , PDF , STL ); 3D ( IGS , STP ,PRT ,X_T ).
